This program was written to commemorate Frank Lee G3YCC. Frank was a very early member of the GQRP club and held membership number 42. A search of the SPRAT index shows that he was the author of eighteen articles over the years, he was also the club sales officer.

However, Frank will best be remembered by the medium of his website through which he assisted and taught hams throughout the world.

This was too good a resource to lose, so the entire contents were compiled into an executable program that will run on an Intel based PC that also has Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 (or later) installed. (No other browsers have been tested.) You can also (if you wish) open it using WINZIP and extract all the files.

Feel free to copy this program and pass it around as much as you like, but out of respect for Frank, please don't alter it.
