Welcome to the KX1/K1/K2 Wiki at ZeroBeat.net
The goal of the KX1/K1/K2 Wiki is to provide a reference for the kit transceivers and accessories from Elecraft. We'll attempt to document the current status of all things KX1, K1, K2 and provide some idea of what is intended for the immediate future.
This should provide "one stop shopping" for KX1/K1/K2 information at many levels, reducing the need to post the same questions over and over on the Elecraft reflector, which is focused primarily on answering questions about kit construction or new ideas and suggestions.
To add a page - enter a short topic for your page into the search box at the left side of the screen and click GO. There will be a message indicating that this page does not exist, click on CREATE THIS PAGE. The sysops will create a link to your new page. Please leave an email address as a contact point for the sysops.
Also feel free to make changes to any existing pages with respect to accuracy in content, spelling, or grammar. Just click on the "discussion" tab located to the right of the K3 photo and provide the changes that are desired. The sysops will come around periodically and update the pages with the discussion text. Include your email address if you are available to be contacted about any change you submit.
All submitted material is subject to review of the sysops.
Your excellent sysops are Thomas LaCosta - k3hrn at zerobeat.net, and Don Rasmussen - wb8yqj at yahoo.com.
