A note about nomenclature

In various pages on this Wiki, the text needs to distinquish between words and actions, such as indicating a button press etc.

Questions are shown as a heading, if the question is rather long, the remainder of the question is shown in plain text.
Answers are shown in italics.
Config menu entries appear on the K3 display in mixed case, normally lower, but 'NOT INST' appears as 'not inSt' (presumably due to display text limitations). We reproduce them here in uppercase (e.g. 'NOT INST') just as they are in the owners manual.
Button presses (both tap and hold) are indicated by the function name in [] (i.e. [DISP]).
